MagicSlayd provides an AI-powered presentation generation platform. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service irrespective of your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available only with a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are processed by our third-party provider, Lemon Squeezy.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable laws.

5. User Content & Conduct

You retain ownership of the content you generate, but you grant us a license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the service. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicSlayd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed because of the laws of the jurisdiction in which MagicSlayd operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
